Can I get a quote before work starts?
We discuss the proposed work and charges before proceeding. Some faults need an investigation before the full repair can be quoted; the diagnostic visit is agreed first. Any additional work is discussed separately.
Are you available 24/7 for plumbing emergencies?
Yes. The emergency plumbing line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call with your postcode and explain the problem. We confirm attendance and charges before a visit; no fixed arrival time is promised before we speak.
Are repairs included in an EICR?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report covers the agreed inspection and testing. A satisfactory outcome is not guaranteed. Repairs or further investigation outside that scope are discussed and quoted separately.
